Privacy Policy

Visual Sound Ascension

Effective date 5 October 2026   •   Last updated 5 October 2026

Visual Sound Ascension Inc., operating as Visual Sound Ascension (VSA, we, us or our), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit visualsoundascension.org (the Website), contact us, or request information about our work or an investor briefing.

This policy covers the informational Website and related communications. A separate privacy notice will explain any additional collection involved in future accounts, immersive services, purchases or investment onboarding before you use those features.

1 Information you provide

When you request a private investor briefing through the Website, the form asks for your full name and email address, with optional fields for company or fund name and investment scope/message. We use this information to coordinate your briefing and respond to your request. If you contact us directly, we also receive the information you include in your message and may retain our correspondence and records of your request.

Full name and email address are required in the briefing form. Company or fund name and investment scope/message are optional. If you do not provide the information needed to respond, we may be unable to arrange a briefing or address your request.

Please do not send payment details, government identification, sensitive financial records, or other sensitive personal information through a general website inquiry. If a later process requires such information, we will explain the purpose and appropriate submission method separately.

2 Technical information

Our website is hosted by Dynadot. Our hosting and security providers may process technical information when your browser connects to the Website, such as your IP address, browser and operating system, requested pages, timestamps, and error or security logs. We use operational information to deliver the Website, diagnose faults and identify abusive or unauthorized activity.

Dynadot’s Privacy Policy forms Part II of its Service Agreement, available at https://www.dynadot.com/terms-of-use. Our use of other website services is described below.

3 How we use information and obtain consent

We use personal information to respond to your message, provide information you request, arrange and follow up on relevant discussions, and maintain records of our communications. We also use information where reasonably necessary to secure the Website, address misuse, meet legal obligations and manage legal claims.

We explain relevant purposes when collecting information and seek consent where required. Where appropriate, sending a request allows us to use its contents to respond to that request. Reading this policy or visiting the Website does not, by itself, provide consent to unrelated uses or optional marketing.

If you choose to receive occasional news and updates from Visual Sound Ascension, we use your contact details and preferences to send the communications you selected. Where consent is required for promotional messages, we obtain it before sending them. You can unsubscribe using the link in a message or by contacting us. An inquiry is not automatically an agreement to receive ongoing marketing.

You can ask to withdraw consent, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice where applicable. We will explain any resulting limitation on our ability to respond or provide a requested service. We will seek additional consent where required before using information for a materially different purpose.

4 Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. Similar technologies, including local storage and session storage, can remember preferences or support website features. Session cookies normally expire when you close your browser; persistent cookies remain until they expire or you delete them.

The Website may use cookies and similar technologies to support essential operation, security and functionality. Its WordPress software includes session storage to remember whether your browser can display certain emoji characters. Where optional analytics or advertising technologies are used, we explain their purposes and request consent where required before enabling them.

The Website uses Google Fonts to display its typefaces. When your browser requests these fonts, it connects to Google’s servers and sends technical information needed for the request, including your IP address. Google describes its handling of information at https://policies.google.com/privacy. The demonstration videos currently shown on the Website are served from our own domain.

External websites have their own privacy and cookie practices. If third-party players or other embedded services are added, their providers may receive technical information and use cookies when that content loads. We will explain relevant uses and obtain consent where required.

You can manage, block or delete cookies through your browser settings and clear other website storage. Blocking required technologies may affect the Website’s operation. Where the Website offers optional cookie settings, you can use them to change your choices. Visiting the Website alone does not provide consent where the law requires an affirmative choice. For questions, contact s.dinatolo@visualsoundascension.com.

5 When we share information

We give access to personnel and service providers who need the information for the purposes described in this policy. These include Dynadot for website hosting and providers used to deliver website features, business email and inquiry handling. Google Fonts is described in section 4. We require providers handling personal information on our behalf to protect it and limit their use to the services they perform, subject to applicable law.

We may also disclose relevant information to professional advisers under appropriate confidentiality obligations, or where permitted or required by law to respond to lawful requests, protect legal rights, investigate misuse, or address threats to safety or security.

If VSA is involved in a proposed or completed business transfer, relevant information may be shared with the parties and advisers involved, subject to applicable law, appropriate safeguards, and required notice or consent.

6 International processing

Our website host, Dynadot, and other service providers may process personal information outside your province or country, including outside Canada. Processing locations depend on the services used. Information processed in another country may be subject to that country’s laws and lawful access by its courts or public authorities. Privacy protections may differ from those where you live.

We remain responsible for personal information under our control and use contractual or other appropriate safeguards when providers process it for us. For information about our providers and international processing practices, contact Sam Dinatolo at s.dinatolo@visualsoundascension.com.

7 Retention and protection

We retain information for the time needed to respond to inquiries, maintain relevant business records and meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the information, our relationship, and applicable legal requirements. Information no longer needed is securely deleted or made anonymous, subject to necessary backup cycles and legal holds.

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the information and the risks involved. Access is limited to those who need it for their work. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. We assess suspected privacy incidents and make notifications and reports where applicable law requires them.

8 Your choices and privacy requests

You can contact us to ask what personal information we hold about you, how it has been used or disclosed, and to request access or correction. You can also request deletion or withdrawal of consent, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements. We will explain any restriction or refusal and the available way to challenge it, where required.

We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before acting on a request, using only the information needed for that purpose. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any permitted extension. Please tell us if information you previously provided has changed.

If you have a concern, contact our privacy contact below. We will investigate and respond. You may also contact the relevant privacy regulator, including the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at https://www.priv.gc.ca where it has jurisdiction. This policy does not limit rights provided by applicable law.

9 Adults only

The Website is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority where they live. It is not directed to minors, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors through it. If you believe a minor has provided personal information, contact s.dinatolo@visualsoundascension.com so we can review the information and delete it where appropriate, subject to applicable law.

10 Policy changes and contact

Updates to this policy will show their effective date. We provide additional notice or seek consent where required. An update does not authorize new uses of previously collected information that require additional consent.

Visual Sound Ascension Inc. has designated a Privacy Contact who is accountable for overseeing compliance with this Privacy Policy and applicable privacy requirements.
